You agree to communicate openly and honestly with your Coach.

4. Payment

Our fees are outlined in our service packages document (Ultimate Clarity) or separate agreements.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Information will not be shared with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching, including workbooks, tools, and handouts, are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate coaching services at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. You may also terminate services at any time.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
